Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.

Digital Downloads

Once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned

Therefore, we do not ofer refunds on digital products

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered if:

  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible

  • You are unable to download the product

If this occurs, please contact us and we will:

  • Provide a replacement file, or

  • Issue a refund if necessary
